Games Terms

These Games Terms govern your use of Games features, virtual Coins, and related gameplay in the GenZJob app and services (the "Games Features"). They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about Games Features, these Games Terms control.

1. Overview

Games Features let you play games using virtual Coins ("Coins") inside GenZJob. Games Features use virtual Coins for entertainment only. This is Not real-money gambling.

2. Virtual Coins

Coins are virtual items for entertainment inside the GenZJob / GenZJob app. They may be earned, granted, or purchased (if offered) solely for use within Games Features and related in-app experiences we designate. Coins are not currency, property with independent value, or a deposit account.

3. No cash value / no redemption

Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money. Coins cannot be sold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash withdrawals or any real-world currency. You have no ownership interest in Coins beyond a limited, revocable license to use them in the app as we allow.

4. Not real-money gambling

Gameplay does not involve wagering real currency for a chance at cash prizes. Outcomes use virtual Coins only. Nothing in Games Features constitutes real-money gambling, betting, or play for cash prizes.

5. Eligibility (18+)

Games Features, Coins, and related features are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing Games Features, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may restrict or terminate access if we believe you do not.

6. Gameplay & fairness

Game results are simulated entertainment outcomes. Target return-to-player (RTP) information is described on our Games Odds page. Individual sessions vary; wins are never guaranteed.

7. Giveaways

Prize giveaways (if offered) are separate from Games gameplay. Giveaway prizes are not "game winnings." Each giveaway is governed by its Official Rules at /giveaways/{giveawayId}/rules (for example, /giveaways/demo/rules/). Entering a giveaway typically requires spending virtual Coins on tickets in the app as described in those rules.

8. Purchases & refunds

If Coin packs or similar items are offered, they are consumable digital goods. Purchases may be processed through the Apple App Store or other payment partners we use. Billing, taxes, and refunds for store purchases are generally subject to the applicable store's terms and policies, in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Purchasing Coins does not change the fact that Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money.

9. Prohibited conduct & bans

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, chargebacks abuse, account sharing for abuse, or manipulation of Games Features or giveaways
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means not expressly allowed
• Attempt to sell, trade, or cash out Coins or tickets outside the app

We may suspend or terminate Games Feature access, Coins balances, or related privileges for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or violation of these Games Terms or our Terms of Use.

10. Void where prohibited / changes

Void where prohibited. Games Features may be unavailable where local law forbids them. We may change, pause, or discontinue Games Features, Coins, games, or related offers at any time.

We may update these Games Terms; the Updated Date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Games Terms.
