GenZJob Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GenZJob, including our mobile application, website, and all associated services and content (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and GenZJob ("Company," "we," or "us").
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use GenZJob. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via app or email). Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@genzjobapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create more than one account. We reserve the right to withhold refunds or suspend access if abuse is detected.
Use of Services
You may use GenZJob only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Engage in spamming, scraping, or unauthorized data collection
- Interfere with the functioning of the Services
- Use automated tools or resell access without written consent
Intellectual Property
All content and functionality within the Services is owned by GenZJob or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content except as explicitly permitted.
Job Application Services
GenZJob is a job discovery and application platform that helps you find and apply for job opportunities. Our service allows you to pre-apply to jobs, meaning we will automatically submit your application when positions become available.
- GenZJob is not an employer, recruiter, or hiring agency. We are a service platform that facilitates job discovery and application submission.
- We do not guarantee job availability, application acceptance, interviews, or employment offers.
- We are not responsible for job outcomes, hiring decisions, or employment terms determined by employers or third parties.
- When you pre-apply to a job through GenZJob, we will automatically submit your application on your behalf once the position opens or becomes available.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing all job information, requirements, and employer details before pre-applying or applying to any position.
Third-Party Job Sources: GenZJob utilizes various third-party providers, job boards, and data sources to aggregate and present job opportunities. While we strive to verify job listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of all job postings. Some jobs may be outdated, filled, or may not exist. You acknowledge that job information is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Note: Due to our reliance on third-party providers and data sources, some job listings may not be current, legitimate, or available. We recommend verifying job details directly with employers before applying.
Fees & Auto-Renewal
GenZJob charges a service fee of $3.99 per week(US) and $34.99 per year, depending on your subscription. This is a recurring subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@genzjobapp.com. In accordance with Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600 et seq., GenZJob will provide clear renewal terms and cancellation instructions prior to renewal.
Inviting Friends or Referrals
GenZJob may offer referral programs or incentives for inviting friends to use our Services. When participating in such programs:
- Referral rewards or bonuses are subject to the terms of the specific referral program
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate referral programs at any time
- Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be withheld if fraud or abuse is detected
- We do not guarantee that referral rewards will be paid or that referred users will successfully obtain employment
By participating in referral programs, you agree that GenZJob's determination of eligibility and payment of rewards is final and binding.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. GenZJob does not guarantee job placement, interviews, or employment offers. We provide a service platform for job discovery and application submission, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.
No Guarantee of Results: By using GenZJob, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We do not guarantee that you will receive job offers, interviews, or employment
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of job listings
- We do not guarantee that your applications will be reviewed, accepted, or result in employment
- Job availability, hiring decisions, and employment terms are determined solely by employers
Subscription fees are for access to the GenZJob platform and services, not for guaranteed job placement or employment outcomes. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion, except where prohibited by law.
Data & Privacy
We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion at any time by emailing support@genzjobapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
Disclaimers
- GenZJob is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee job availability, application acceptance, interviews, employment offers, or any specific outcomes.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, legitimacy, or completeness of job listings, job descriptions, or employer information.
- We are not responsible for delays, denials, hiring decisions, or actions taken by employers or third parties.
- While we strive to provide accurate information, GenZJob does not guarantee the continued availability, accuracy, or legitimacy of any job listings.
- Job listings may be outdated, filled, or may not exist, and we are not responsible for verifying the current status of each job posting.
- We do not guarantee that pre-applications will result in actual job applications being submitted, or that submitted applications will be reviewed or considered by employers.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with any income, earnings, or payments you receive from employment obtained through or in connection with GenZJob services.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Most issues can be resolved by contacting support@genzjobapp.com.
- Class actions and jury trials are waived.
- You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing support@genzjobapp.com with your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenZJob is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GenZJob harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bahamas.
Miscellaneous
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy represent the full agreement between you and GenZJob.
- Severability: If any part is held invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
