GenZJob vs JustPlay, Scrambly and Cash Giraffe: Play-to-Earn Apps Compared

By the GenZJob team · Updated October 24, 2026 · 7 min read

Short answer

JustPlay, Scrambly and Cash Giraffe are play-to-earn apps that reward you with coins or gems for game time and milestones, with low minimums but low hourly pay. GenZJob is different: it pays Cash for partner offers (to PayPal), adds a free $10,000 daily draw, and its 17 games use play-only Bonus Cash. Review sources disagree on minimums and availability for the three competitors, so check each app before installing. Realistic earnings for all of these apps are small, often well under $2–$3 per hour.

What is GenZJob?

GenZJob is a rewards app (not an employer or recruiter, despite the name) where you play, earn and win. It has three parts:

  • Offerwalls and quests: try apps, games and surveys from partners and earn Cash (real money you can withdraw to PayPal) plus Bonus Cash.
  • A free daily draw: pick a number every day. The lowest number nobody else picked wins $10,000 real cash. Your first entry each day is free. See how the lowest unique number game works.
  • 17 games and giveaways: the games are played with Bonus Cash, a play-only currency with no cash value that cannot be withdrawn. You can also use it on giveaway tickets and prediction markets.

It works on the web and as an iPhone app, with a Google Play listing coming. You must be at least 14 to use GenZJob, and games, giveaways and cash-outs are for ages 18 and up. No earnings are guaranteed.

JustPlay in short

JustPlay is an ad-supported app that gives coins or tickets for time in featured games, plus daily bonuses and a spin wheel. Reviewers say the pay is real but very low (one estimates only a few cents to about twenty cents per hour) and that the ad load is heavy. Some users report a minimum-usage requirement before cash-out and coins that expire after a year if unused. Check the in-app rules.

Scrambly in short

Scrambly lets you earn coins by playing games and testing apps, with a low advertised minimum (about $1 for several methods according to Finder). It is available only in a few countries, and Finder reports a one-time photo ID and selfie check before the first withdrawal. Reviews are mixed: some praise fast PayPal withdrawals, while others report tracking problems and accounts or balances placed under review. Finder warns there is no payout guarantee if an advertiser disputes your milestone, so keep screenshots.

Cash Giraffe in short

Cash Giraffe is an ad-funded app where you earn gems for reaching objectives in games. Reviews cite very low PayPal minimums (cents) and quick payouts, but also an opaque conversion rate that changes by game and milestone. A selfie check before payouts is reported, availability on iPhone is unclear, and Trustpilot sentiment is mixed in the snapshots we found. One review estimates only $5–$15 a month for regular play.

How GenZJob is different

  • It does not pay for game time. Its 17 games use Bonus Cash with no cash value. Real Cash comes from partner offers and prizes.
  • It adds a free daily prize. One free entry a day in the lowest unique number draw with a $10,000 prize.
  • One clear cash-out. PayPal, with the fee and the amount you receive shown before you confirm.
  • Web and iPhone. No separate Android-only or region-limited setup (Google Play listing coming).

Which should you pick?

  • You want tiny, frequent payouts for time in games: JustPlay or Cash Giraffe, if they are available in your region and you accept low pay.
  • You want milestone rewards and a low minimum: Scrambly, if you are in a supported country and comfortable with an ID check.
  • You want offers plus a daily prize shot: GenZJob.

What to check before installing any of them

  • Availability in your country. Scrambly is limited to a few countries, and iPhone support varies for several of these apps.
  • Verification steps. Find out whether an ID or selfie check is required, and whether you are comfortable providing it.
  • Expiry rules. Some apps expire coins after about a year if unredeemed.
  • What the app collects. Read the privacy policy, especially anything that uses your camera or photos for verification.
  • How the conversion works. If the app does not clearly state how coins or gems convert to dollars, treat the advertised minimum with caution.

A 5-point check for any rewards app

  1. Never pay to earn. A legitimate rewards app does not ask you to deposit money to unlock earnings.
  2. Find the minimum cash-out and the fee first. If you cannot see them before you start, be cautious.
  3. Read the terms. Look for ID checks, holds, clawbacks (rewards reversed if an advertiser cancels), expiry of points and age limits.
  4. Read recent, mixed reviews, not only the top ratings, and see how the company replies to complaints.
  5. Protect your accounts. Use the official app or site, never share passwords or verification codes, and ignore anyone promising guaranteed income.
