How to Cash Out From GenZJob to PayPal, Step by Step (Fees, Minimums, Timeline)
To cash out on GenZJob, earn Cash from offers and prizes, add your PayPal email on the Payout page, check the minimum, enter an amount, read the fee and the exact amount you will receive, then confirm. Your request moves through Requested, Reviewed and Paid, a short holdback can apply, and you can cancel while it is pending (your cash returns to your balance). Only Cash is withdrawable, never Bonus Cash. We may ask for identity verification, and cash-outs are for ages 18 and up. We think this is the clearest cash-out of the apps we have compared, and no earnings are guaranteed.
The whole process in one table
| Step | What you do | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Earn Cash | Complete partner offers or win prizes | Your Cash balance grows (labelled “Withdrawable”) |
| 2. Add PayPal email | Enter and save the email where we should send your cash | “PayPal email updated” confirmation |
| 3. Check the minimum | Compare your Cash with the minimum | “Minimum …” and “You need … more” if you are short |
| 4. Choose an amount | Enter how much to withdraw | Fee and “you receive” lines, or “no fee” |
| 5. Confirm | Review the final amounts | “Amounts are final at request time” |
| 6. Track it | Watch the status | Requested, Reviewed, Paid |
| 7. Receive it | Check PayPal | Money arrives in your PayPal account |
We built it this way on purpose: nothing about the money should be a surprise after you have confirmed.
Before you start: what you need
- To be 18 or older. Cash-outs, games and giveaways are for ages 18 and up.
- Cash in your balance, not just Bonus Cash. Bonus Cash is play-only and cannot be withdrawn, not by spending it and not through support.
- A PayPal account that can receive payments in your country. Use the exact email on that account.
- Time for a review. We review each request before sending PayPal, and a short holdback can apply.
- Possibly ID verification. We may ask for identity verification before paying out, as explained in our Terms.
If you are new, check the Payout page before you spend hours earning, so you know the minimum you are working toward.
Step by step
- Open the Payout page from the wallet or Profile. You will see “Available cash”, the minimum and your PayPal email field.
- Enter your PayPal email and save it. Double-check it. We send cash to the address you provide, and completed payouts cannot be reversed by us.
- Check the minimum. The page shows “Minimum …”. If your Cash is below it, you will see how much more you need. Some accounts have a different minimum for their first few cash-outs, which the page shows.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw. The page shows either “Fee … · you receive …” or “You receive … (no fee)”, and breaks fees into the cash-out amount, any PayPal fee, any processing fee and the total.
- Press the cash-out button and read the confirmation. It states the amount, the fee and what you receive, and reminds you that amounts are final at request time.
- Confirm. Your request is created and your cash is set aside for it.
- Watch the timeline. The request shows Requested, then Reviewed, then Paid. A “Holdback N days before release” line appears if a holdback applies.
- Check PayPal. When the status is Paid, the money should be in your PayPal account. PayPal’s own timing can add a little.
Fees and the exact amount you receive
Different cash-outs can have different costs, so we show them before you confirm rather than after. Depending on your account and the amount, you may see:
| Line | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Cash out | The amount of Cash you are withdrawing |
| PayPal fee | A fee related to sending via PayPal, if one applies |
| Processing fee (x%) | A percentage processing fee, if one applies |
| Total fees | The sum of any fees |
| You receive | The net amount that will be sent to your PayPal |
| No fee | Shown when no fee applies to this request |
Because amounts are final at request time, take a moment to check the “you receive” number before you press confirm.
The timeline: Requested, Reviewed, Paid
When you cash out, the request is Requested. We then review it, checking for fraud, security and compliance issues. If a holdback applies, funds are held for the stated number of days. Once approved, we send the payment and the status becomes Paid.
| Stage | What is happening | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Requested | Your request is in the queue | You can cancel; your cash returns to your balance |
| Reviewed | We are checking the request | Wait; respond if asked for verification |
| Holdback | Funds are held for the stated days | Wait; the page shows the days left |
| Sending | PayPal is being sent | Check PayPal soon |
| Paid | Payment sent | Check your PayPal account |
If something stops your cash-out
| Message | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum not met | Your Cash is below the minimum | Earn more Cash or check the amount |
| PayPal email required | No PayPal address saved | Enter and save your PayPal email |
| On hold | Your cash is under review and cannot be withdrawn yet | Wait for the review; contact support if it takes long |
| Verification required | We need identity verification | Complete the step in the app |
| Cash out failed | The request did not go through | Read the message, then contact support with a screenshot |
| Cash out not enabled | Cash-outs are not available yet for your account | Check the app for updates |
Cancelling a request
You can cancel a request while it is still pending. If you cancel, your cash returns to your balance. Completed payouts cannot be reversed by us, which is why we ask you to check your PayPal email carefully before you confirm.
What happens after you cash out
Your Cash balance is reduced by the amount you withdrew, but your level, XP, streak and Bonus Cash stay. Progress does not reset, so you can keep earning and playing as before. Your payout history shows each request with its date, fee and status.
You are responsible for taxes on rewards, prizes or payouts you receive, and we may collect tax information or report payments where the law requires. This is general information, not tax advice.
Tips for a smooth first cash-out
- Read the Payout page before you start earning, so you know the minimum and the fee structure.
- Add your PayPal email early, and make sure it matches your PayPal account exactly.
- Complete any verification as soon as asked, not at the last minute.
- Test with a smaller first cash-out if you want to learn the timeline.
- Keep screenshots of your request and the status in case you need support.
- Do not use VPNs or multiple accounts, which can lead to holds or declined payouts.
How this compares with other apps
Many rewards apps ask you to find out minimums, fees and ID rules after you have earned. We show them first. For a wider view, see our guides on apps that pay to PayPal, why a withdrawal is pending and Freecash withdrawals.
Five cash-out scenarios and what to expect
Your first cash-out. This is the one that needs the most care. Check the minimum (it can be different for your first few cash-outs), save your PayPal email, confirm the amount and be ready for a review step and possibly identity verification. Expect it to take longer than later ones, and use screenshots of the request.
A cash-out right after a big offer. Rewards from offers depend on partner confirmation. If the offer behind your balance is still pending, the cash from it will not be available yet. The Payout page shows only what you can withdraw now.
A cash-out that sits at Reviewed. Reviewed means we are checking it. If it stays there for longer than the holdback shown, contact support with the request date and amount. Do not request again, because duplicate requests can slow review.
A cash-out you realize has the wrong email. If the request is still pending, you can cancel it, which returns the cash to your balance, then fix the email and request again. If it has been paid, we cannot reverse a completed payout, so check the email before confirming.
A cash-out when you hold a lot of Bonus Cash. Bonus Cash does not count toward the minimum and cannot be withdrawn, so a big Bonus Cash balance does not help. Only Cash counts.
About verification and reviews
We may ask for identity verification, including a government ID, before paying out, and we may review, hold, delay or decline payouts for compliance, security or fraud-prevention reasons. This is common in the rewards industry and protects both you and us from fraud, duplicate accounts and payments to the wrong person.
- Complete verification early. If the app asks, do it right away; a pending verification can hold a payout.
- Use accurate details. Your name and details should match your documents.
- Use the official app only. Never send ID photos in chats or email unless the app tells you to.
- Be patient but proactive. If a review runs long, contact support instead of repeating requests.
Cash-outs are for ages 18 and up. Under 18, you cannot cash out.
Cash-out terms explained
| Term | What it means on GenZJob |
|---|---|
| Available cash | Your withdrawable Cash balance |
| Minimum | The smallest amount you can withdraw, shown on the Payout page |
| Fee / processing fee | Any cost taken from a request, shown before you confirm |
| You receive | The net amount sent to your PayPal |
| Holdback | A set number of days before release, shown on the request |
| On hold | Your cash is under review and cannot be withdrawn yet |
| Final at request time | The amounts you confirmed are fixed for that request |
Practical notes before you press confirm
Do the arithmetic once before you confirm. If the page says you will receive less than you expected, check whether a PayPal fee or a processing fee applies, and whether a larger or smaller request changes the fee. Because amounts are final at request time, this one-minute check is the best protection against surprises.
Think about timing too. If you need the money by a certain date, do not wait until the last day: the review step and any holdback happen before PayPal even starts, and your first cash-out is usually the slowest. Requesting a little early costs nothing.
Finally, keep your own record. Screenshot the confirmation screen and the status once it shows Requested. If you ever need to contact support, that single screenshot carries the amount, the fee and the date and saves a lot of back and forth.
